Warranties
We provide a labor warranty for repairs and roof installations. We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty against roof leaks on re-roofs. You have the option to upgrade this to 7 years.
The average life of a shingle roof in Florida is 15 years. Most manufacturers offer warranties on their shingles and roofing products. The manufacturer determines the warranty and is based on the type of shingle used. Remember, all of the warranty details are included in your proposal.
