After receiving 3 estimates to replace my leaking roof, I selected Hi-N-Dri Roofing not only because his bid was lower but also because he recommended installing a tapered system over the flat part of the roof. This system provided a way for water to run off the roof quickly instead of puddling on it. Keith also replaced 6 skylights and installed a ridge vent in one area of the roof that needed ventilation. His workers were courteous, hard working, and cleaned up after the job. Keith supervised the job, kept it on schedule, and kept me abreast of what lumber needed to be replaced. I recently hired Keith Dowding of Hi-N-Dri Roofing for the second time. The first time he replaced most of the flat roof with a tapered roof system, changed out all the old skylights, and replaced all of the dimensional shingles on the new addition to my house. I’ve never had a single problem with the 7 skylights he replaced. Even the city’s roofing inspector said that Keith had done a really nice job. This time Keith’s crew reroofed my large vaulted great room and installed two sun tunnels. The sun tunnels are the largest that can be installed. I am ecstatic with the difference they have made to the amount of natural light streaming into this large, previously dark room! Now, I can sit and read from anywhere in the room without ever turning on a light except at night. Again, another fabulous roof job by Hi-N-Dri Roofing!
